I've been there many times & never seen it on the menu or as a special.
I get stomach aches the day after based on several visits here (I think from the crust being charred too severely in some parts?), but I find myself coming back because the pizza is so good! The employees could be slightly more friendly to make it more welcoming but the service is adequate.
Love coming here! LaNutella dessert pizza is the bomb
I’ve never written a google review before. I’ve been here multiple times, but the most recent time has been absolutely life changing. I’m sitting in my chair in the restaurant wondering if I’ve sinned. The truffle fries were the best fries I’ve ever had, I couldn’t decide which of the two sauces I liked better. The Margherita pizza was absolutely perfect. God bless Cavali.
Pizza was decent. Definitely used a lot of good ingredients, however, for the price, I just didn't enjoy it quite that much. Would be willing to try again and order something different. Seemed more of a dinner restaurant rather than a lunch bite. Nice atmosphere and excellent service.
I had the chicken & bacon pizza with truffle fries. The salads are awesome too! The sauce was especially good.
Been here at least dozen times. Brick oven pizza is delicious. Have also tried Canoli and liked it. Restaurant also has rewards program, you get 1 point for every $10 you spend. After 10 points, you can get one free pizza.
Such good food. The jalapeño artichoke dip was awesome. Pizzas were superb. Wish we could come here more often
One of my top two wood fire pizza places
Awesome pizza. Brick-wood burning pizza is the way to go.
This is my favorite pizza spot in all of the DFW metroplex!
Great catering/pizza making option for birthday parties. The pizza and people there are AMAZING! I highly recommend this place!
The pizza here was very good. So much better than that "other" neopolotana places.
Good pizzas an fresh....
The bestParmesan wings ever! The best pizza!
Real Italian food and charm. I absolutely love this place. I drive from Ft. Worth just to get it.
Great price for authentic pizza. BYOB, order at the counter, with a simple but nice interior.
This is a new york-style thin-crust pizza. Not bad. Overall pretty good. I enjoyed the flavor and it came out very quickly.
That is Amazing Wood Fired Pizza. If you haven't tried it you definitely must try it. After travelling to Europe and eating pizza there, this is the way to go! Drizzle olive oil on your pizza and add red pepper flakes for that down home Italian taste.
This place has very good menu options to try, would definitely recommend this place
tasty pizza! not much else to it! The freshly baked dough really makes it
My husband and I just found this restaurant and it is DELICIOUS! This is our second time ordering pick up (due to COVID) and it hasn’t disappointed. I get the Margherita pizza and my husband gets The Dallas. We also tried the bruschetta this time and it was delicious as well. As a plus, the customer service is great. Really nice people working there. This will be your new favorite pizza place😍
It cannot get any more authentic. Ever heard less is more? Here's the proof. Not the overloaded greasy American abomination we call pizza. Delicate crust, great ingredients and simply perfection on a plate. The tiramisu is real. With real lady fingers. Not the factory assembled tiramisu cake they sell everywhere else. No alcohol but they welcome if you bring your own. Perfection!!!
Small place, good service and delectable pizza. Fries are little expensive but it goes well with the sauce.
Good pizza. Nuff said.
This is so far our favorite pizza place when we are visiting Dallas. We are big fans of wood fired pizza but most places over charge for the novelty. Cavalli provides a great pizza at a decent price and doesn't gouge you for additions like side salads. The ingredients were fresh and the pizza was authentic and delicious. The employees behind the counter were friendly and personable. We will absolutely be back as it is not far from the hotel we stay at when we visit. My wife and I love to grab a pie to go and eat it with a nice glass of red under the gazebo. This is our go to for that purpose.Great Job Cavalli , see you again soon!!!
Oak wood trim and red plastic cups... that screams pizza place.. love it. Came here because the other pizza place we stopped at was closed for remodeling. I had the Texas heat. Pizza came out hot and fast. There were not a lot of toppings on the pizza, but it was very good nonetheless, it was not as spicy as i was hoping. All in all a pretty good pizza though. This parking lot can get busy fast and fill up, but there are plenty off restaurants so most likely not too bad of a line. The line here got to about 10 people deep, but it went fast. I would come here again. As they had a nice selection of salads and wings.
It’s good. If you got used to eating American pizza then this is a fairly drastic change. It’s more about the crust and a few simple ingredients like authentic Italian pizza. Made fresh so expect a little wait and limited seating.
Not the best customer service, but the pizza is one of the best neapolitan I have had. Shame they don't have green olives.
Cavalli Pizza is a phenomenal joint. The pizza is pricey but worth the authentic Napoletana style and flavor. Anyone in the Dallas/Forth Worth area should give this wood fired pizza a try.
Amazing pizzas! The freshest toppings, the most delicious and flavorful pizzas, and the perfect crust.
Cavalli Pizza catered our company event and couldn't be happier with the food and service we received. Food was delicious, we ordered lasagna, pasta with meatballs, chicken parmesan, salad, anitpesto platter, and canolies. Elise was our server. She was our point of contact from the moment we reached out to find out about catering options to being our server at our event. Very friendly and attentive. She easily adjusted when we had some last minute changes. She walked around to all our tables and asked if she could bring us anything. We've had other companies cater our events and she was the first one to do that. I would definitely recommend using Cavalli pizza for anyone looking to cater an event due to their great food and service.
Fantastic, authentic Neapolitan style pizza. Really, really good.
I had a smoky pizaa and was really delicious.Read many good reviews online and i would say it wouldnt dissapoint you...
Best Pizza in Irving, TX. Come expecting great service, food, atmosphere.
This spot never fails to impress. They have excellent food for reasonable pricing, there are no long waits even when the spot is busy.
Stick with the pizzas, avoid the appetizers. The appetizers are overpriced, and rather disappointing. The pizzas on the other hand were perfect, especially the simpler options.
Best pizza place in the DFW area. I regularly drive 25-30 min just to get pizza there. I stumbled on it about 2 years ago, and it's been a good discovery. I often come after closing hours and they are always wiling to work with me. The wings are delightful. RECOMMENDED!
The food is made very fast and it doesn’t keep us wait for the pizza so long. I have been to Italy before and their food is very similar to the Italian food.
This is probably my favorite place for pizza in the metroplex. Whenever I have the opportunity, I try to stop by, but it’s never frequent enough. You order at the counter, and they’ll bring the food to you. If you would like wine or beer, you can bring in your own, which is a major plus. I love the freshness of ingredients along how it’s prepared with the wood burning pit. This time around we had Truffle Fries, Margherita Pizza and the Dallas Pizza. Everything was great!!
Typically my mentality towards pizza is that all pizza is the same, however the pizza here blew my mind. Delicious combinations of toppings on a perfect crust. The truffle fries were absolutely delectable. Very much enjoyed.
Really nice folks working and serving here. The salads were amazing with very fresh, quality ingredients and house made croutons. The pizza was very good fire baked in their oven. Real good. The only negative was the atmosphere in the dining room. Kinda out dated and blah, but it was terrible.
Super fast service and food. I think the oven bakes your pie in about 90 seconds. Really great if you want fresh pie and are in a hurry. Loved the fresh ingredients and thought service was good. I just personally didn't love the char my pizza had on it. Some of the burnt spots over powered the taste of the pizza.
All the topping just completely fell off my extremely gummy mushy pizza crust. The flavors was good but what’s a pizza slice you can’t even pick up without it falling completely apart. Please cook your pies a little longer so the crust can hold the toppings.
Nice little place. The mini calzone was very good. Pizza was nice as well. Friendly staff.
Very friendly staff. Pizza was good. Great location near DFW. The outside crust was nice, but most of the middle was soggy. Ingredients tasted very fresh. The sausage was ground really fine, but had a decent flavor.
Best Neapolitan pizza in the metroplex. Reasonable pricing for what you get too! I'm amazed this place isn't always packed. Keep your toppings simple and enjoy Pizza that's as close as I've ever had to Naples
Authentic Nepolitan Pizza 🍕 Margherita with fresh mozzarella and basil - superb!!!
Loved the pizza here. We had a great time here spending Saturday night
Best za in town. Love airy crust and wood fire taste. Quality toppings, killer happy hour deal. Live over half hour away and make drive for this za!
Very good wood fired oven pizza. Ive had the Dallas special and was excellent. A little over priced but excellent.
